On weekends I have bath 3 times a day.... That cools me down...On weekends I have twice...but its ok since most parts of the day I am in office.

wear minimum clothing....oh what else can i say???

m almost NAKED when home! constantly in beach wear but wot to do when someone is at the door??. there is no cold water also as our tank is on the roof...

Store a bucket or 2 of the tank water in your bath...leave it for about 1-2 hours...and use that water to have bath....It will be cooler.

Just add a few spoons of lemon juice to ur water bottle with a pinch of salt and sugar.... Though you dont feel the cooling effect from outside bcos of this, it cools down from within....

Being almost naked makes you feel more and more heat, wear a thin cotton wear atleast ... Really dont know how to bear this heat and summer this time seems very loooooooong...

i looked at the weather forecast and the temp will rather rise thn fall..

my latest fad is to open the door of my freezing compartment and put my head inside for a couple of seconds. isnt tht terrible??

yes morgy,, i suffer a lot after i go home but at office i really dont know if the power is there or not.. thanks to ups... It has saved us from getting fried.

Controlling these kids and preventing them from getting burnt is also a big challenge.. they dont like any healthy drinks or food... and they always want to play outdoor.... First of all we ll be like bcos of the heat and these kids make us more ...... 

argh smeetha! i gave given up the fight against soft drinks.

even i drink this terribly minute maid lemon drink. i never did that before. at least my son does not play in the sun.

transpiration has a different outcome this summer.

 Wear two sweaters and one jacket for 30 mins. Then when you remove it, you will actually enjoy the weather.
