Cabbage soup is best to reduce weight ..try this in your home
Cabbage,canned tomatoes chopped ,stalks celery, carrots sliced, onion chopped and ½ pound green beans ,sliced and Pepper and salt
Place all the vegetables in a big pot and cover it with water ,bring it to a boil. After 10 minutes boil decrease the heat and cover it till the vegetables are soft.Finall y add the pepper ,salt (if you need) and other garnish things.
I forget to add tomato juice and onion soup ...please add this ingredents after 10 min boiling in the above cabbage soup preparation.. and also dont take cabbage soup more than one week..
